Jack is the Sector Lead for Education at PSC, specializing in creating learning environments that respond to the evolving and diverse needs of educators. He has built a successful career in educational architecture, finding that the long-lasting relationships and trust built with a school, their stakeholders, and the extended design team is what allows for innovation. This collaborative approach allows him to tailor unique and inspiring designs to each school’s specific needs.

Jack thrives on the dynamic exchange of ideas within the design process, collaborating closely with educators, stakeholders, and the design team to arrive at the best possible solution.

He finds fulfillment in seeing a project through from concept to completion, seeing a design through from the drawings and floor plans to a 3D building and enjoys watching schools occupy and utilize the spaces as they had envisaged. Jack’s passion lies in seamlessly integrating architecture into a site’s character. He thrives on projects with user-driven briefs that not only cater to immediate needs but also ensure long-term environmental and client value.

As a testament to his dedication to education, Jack is also a key driver of PSC’s Graduate Growth Program (GGP). PSC is committed to nurturing and developing the next generation of design talent. The GGP offers a structured pathway for recent graduates, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the architecture industry.
