Redeemer Lutheran College Multi-Purpose Centre

Designed within the Block Grant Authority funding guidelines for an undercover sports facility, the College elected to augment the development with a registered outside-of-schoolcare space and three general learning areas. Due to the shortened design and construction qualifying windows as prescribed by the Commonwealth for the building delivery, the project was procured by a negotiated guaranteed maximum price contract with an open book trade pricing comparison.
