G33 Student Centre – Griffith University

This project brought together 6 different service groups into a single service counter plus associated health and counselling services on an adjacent level to create a new customer based integrated student services centre for the Gold Coast Campus. The solution required a new management model to be developed entirely driven by the design process and user interface where all problems raised were dealt with by design to provide a high quality and supportive service environment.
